Hand-Painted Banners

1. Tell us what you have in mind (email or text!)

When requesting a quote, please include:

• Banner size
• Date needed
• Wording for the banner
• Colors or theme
• Inspiration photos, if you have any

2. Review your design

We'll create a digital mockup for you to review before painting begins.

3. Secure your order

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

4. We make it! 🎨

Once your design is approved, your banner will be hand-painted just for you.

5. Pick Up or Ship

Choose free local pickup in the Oklahoma City area or have your banner shipped for an additional $10. 

Turnaround Time

Please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance whenever possible.

Need it sooner? Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule and may include an additional rush fee.

Mockups & Changes

A digital design mockup is included with your order. Minor changes can be requested during the design stage.

Once your design has been approved and painting has begun, changes may not be possible.

Detailed Designs

Simple lettering and designs are included in the starting price. Detailed artwork, characters, logos, or other specialty requests may require an additional design fee.

Don't worry, we'll always let you know about any additional cost before you book.

Pickup & Shipping

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in the Oklahoma City area. Your banner will be ready by the agreed-upon date.

Shipping
Need your banner shipped? No problem! Shipping is available for an additional $10.

Please allow extra time for delivery when selecting your needed-by date.

Pop by Payne is not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been shipped.
